Brittany graduated Cum Laude from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. She has experience in writing successful suppression motions and appeals. She practices in the areas of criminal defense, family law, personal injury and civil law.
Jon has been an attorney for 15 years and has expertise in criminal defese work both in adult and juvenile courts, divorce/ custody, personal injury and mediation. Jon is a current member of the Weber County Drug Court.
Randy has been an attorney for over 25 years and has expertise incriminal defense, personal injury, social security, divorce and civil law. He has authored over 200 appeals and has won several appeals that have influenced laws and changed legislation. He has extensive practice in representing individuals charged with capital murder and has raised cutting edge issues that are currently before the Supreme Court.
Bernie has been an attorney for over 25 years and is the only Attorney in Northern Utah to achieve a capital homicide acquittal. In addition, he has expertise in criminal defense, adoption, personal injury and mediation. He has also been recognized for work in trusts, wills, and estate planning.
